It's a small one to be honest but being nightshift means I can watch the Olympics athletics all through the night!

Apart from that I'm struggling!

Blowing a hoolie is a perfect phrase!!

I've never worked shifts, but grew up on a farm. Lambing time = No sleep!

Less distraction

And no bosses

I've done the Monday to Friday, 9-5 and am now working shifts in a supermarket. Totally messes with my personal life, eg I don't have one!

Struggle to think of any benefits apart from I know what days I am working right through the year so fantastic for planning . Hate nightshifts makes me grumpy after 3am and I feel you always loose the next day when sleeping x

Constant shift is better?

No messing with sleep patterns

Or anything else

I work 5-11 every night during the week so means I get all day free so I can do lots during the day
