Im seriously thinking about it just now .

Im in a good position to do so and would love to do more traveling .

If you could retire early how would you use that time ?

I'm nearly there nawty, and yea bit more traveling would be great. I'm of sick at the mo, so might be retired already lol.

Retirement is a looooooong way for me! I'm not sure you can retire at 24

I did. Retired at 50 when given the option of redundancy Best thing i ever did. Made a few lifestyle changes and enjoying life now. Got a wee part time job just to get me out and about meeting people.

Go for it.... you wont regret it.

absolutely and you will not look back

55 is a perfect age to retire or earlier if possible

We definitely would! Recently gave up working 60 odd hours a week in catering to work part time, best decision I've ever made so early retirement is the next step. John wants to be retired by the time he's 45. Travelling and a more laid back lifestyle is how we'd use our time.

At 33 retirement is as likely as a lottery win at the moment but I could if possible.

I'd travel and study. However as much as a I fantasise about it I know I'd get bored and miss my work!

Retire yes in a heartbeat I would still need to have something to do to get me out and about possibly charity work all would depend on having enough to survive on pensions start lower the earlier you take them . Would rather go to reduced hours with work then start into something that only takes up 20 -25 hours a week 2 or 3 weeks a month . Travel yes i'm not a sun worshiper so travel north Scotland and the isles first Hope to get to USA and Canada again before i pop my clogs .

Ive already reduced my hours but thinking about the next step now

I've got a long way to go until I can retire ......

I reckon that when it's my time to retire id like to enjoy my family and travel a lot more.

I'd go on a long cruise, go back packing across Brazil and Cuba and climb some epic mountains around the world.

I'd grow my own fruit and veg at home and send loads of time with friends and family.

I'd attend some epic singers parties and mabey even experience some nudist holidays (cheeky) ha

Basically, in a nutshell, I'd live life to the fullest

Personally I'd retire now if I was able but pension won't be available until the year 2050! It's all about enjoying your life and if you're able to commit to that fully without the need for work then why not

Been off work a while and it drove me nuts!!!

Unless I had millions in the bank to go shopping everyday...I'd really need to have something to do...I get bored way to easily

Im likely to still be working at 90.

Currently if I retire at 65 I will be living on beans on toast for the rest of my days. I'm not even talking Heinz or posh bread!!
