You just wanting to try it out or do you properly require it?

Lots of sunlight, lots of sleep, a decent diet, regular cardio excercise, a few supplements (ZMA & cod liver oil) and kegels excercise can go a really long way to helping it work.

Also those herbal thinhs you see in condom machines have definitely given me a extra juice. Saved at least one d*unken fumble that way

If too embarrassed go onto lloyds pharmacy site and they can prescribe it or other alternatives if appropriate to your needs. You do have to answer health questions to see if you can get them and you MUST be honest because no point putting your health at risk. Lloyds get a Dr to assess your questionAirre and prescribe relevant medication

It breaks down as amino acids and helps blood pressure by widening your arterys . It's a good way of getting nitric oxide into your blood which is what is needed for a hard on. It's found in a lot of foods 1 dose is roughly the same as eating one full water melon. Body builders use it a lot.

This is not about boosting or sustaining an erection..this is about dabbling with your life.

If you seriously are thinking in using Viagra the only solution for you is discussing it with your GP....

What is it about men going to see a doctor .... if you have a problem with your health whether it be physical or mental go and seek professional advice!

But on a personal note I would prefer a female for any intimate health concerns or lady problems... maybe that comes from walking into the docs and your old male pal from school sitting behind the desk

"What is it about men going to see a doctor .... if you have a problem with your health whether it be physical or mental go and seek professional advice! "

Agreed.

The health issue is not going to disappear because you are avoiding the Doc. And in some cases, the issue can get worse the longer you leave.

So bite the bullet and go.

" But on a personal note I would prefer a female for any intimate health concerns or lady problems... maybe that comes from walking into the docs and your old male pal from school sitting behind the desk "

From the age of puberty in France a young girl is adviced to be registered with a gynaecologist that you can choose.

From 13 till 15 my gynaecologist was female and from 15-35 he was a male gynaecologist and a young guy.

Really preferred his manners, i had no issue having my smears and others gynaecology stuff with him.

Saw him as a Doctor and he was very competent.

No chaperone either. Only discovered chaperone when I arrived in the UK.

If the person is competent in what they do male or female Doc doesn't bother me.

Anyway, glad you got yourself an appointment. Good luck

May be sounds stupid but the Doc will probably ask you for info so write all this down now. Stress level, type of diet, job you do, medication prescribed and not prescribed, level of alcohol etc... Don't give them a chance to say come back once you have that.

Arrive prepared and with questions

As advised above, go chat with your Doc, Just in case there is an underlying health issue.

If you are prescribed something, swallow, don't chew, otherwise you'll end up with a stiff neck!

Zac, you should mail me

I have 2 mates on testosterone replacement where I work offshore, both from down south.

One had testicular cancer and had a testical removed and the other was just naturally low on testosterone, they are on TRT for life and use Testogel, one guy on the rig got some off of one of them for an extra testosterone boost for weight lifting.

Both guys openly talk about it and said they started getting erections again after 3 months.

But both guys are in 50's and I think testosterone starts to drop anyway at that age.

Cialis (tadalafil) can be used with high blood pressure *** (if blood pressure is controlled)

google Cialis and read the leaflet

I am fairly up to speed with TRT as we spend hourly teabreaks talking about it when offshore, kind of thought about it myself but has to be prescribed and my levels seem fine.

Doesn't sound like you are low on testosterone due to your build, morning erections and your health.

Too much alcohol would be the first thing to look into.

If you wake up with a boner TRT probably won't do much for you as the reason for your morning wood is you have just had your daily shot of test from your balls.

There's many reasons but the fact you can get a boner in the morning would suggest that it is fixable.

Take that L carnitine once every day. If it's diet related which knowing us in Scotland it probably is then that would help. Other things that may help is a vacuum pump or traction device.

There's plenty of foods that will help but Google for that.

I meant to say I was reading the other day that watching to much porn and wanking can lead to E.D

It's not proven medically yet but if you watch and wank a lot lay off for a few weeks and see if that helps.
