Well this is not strictly true. Some profile pics you can't be sure for sure until you look up some of the other pics.

I have come across a few like that on here and the guy was actually white but slightly tanned and with the lighs/shadows I wasn't sure.

And they are 50 shades of black skins not all obvious from a pic.
