Who's all thinking of heading along ?

I'm coming through from Edinburgh, really looking forward to it.

Can anyone recommend somewhere to stay nearby; ideally somewhere that won't complain if I bring someone/s back (optimistic but plan for the best case scenario ect) ?

Also if anyone is up for a couple of drinks before hand will be in Glasgow from early afternoon.

Glasgow

The premier Inn on argyle Street is best as you don't pass reception. The Glasgow pond also v5ut it's up great Western Road out town x

I've used the EASYhotel in the past.

It's cheap...... no cheerful with it, as you have to pay for any extras and that includes window, telly and WiFi.

However for somewhere to crash it's enough. The reception is on the 1st floor, and once you're booked in they're not to know who is and isn't in the room. The times I've stayed I've been on the 2nd floor, so no need to go anywhere near reception again until you drop your room card off.

Forgot to say that EASYhotel is on Hill Street, and the first time you go it feels like a long walk, but it's not far from city centre, and CJ's is a fiver in a taxi away.

Just make sure to call for a taxi though.

What did you think then Andy?

Did you manage to get your train home, or were you tempted to stay longer?

It managed to get my train home it finished at 11pm, well there were a few people still hanging around when I left but don't think I missed much.

I had a really nice time chatted to some good people. It wasn't that busy apparently last months one was busier.

Will definitely be going again next month.

Can highly recommend CJs to everyone. Well worth the visit.

Will probably be staying over next time. In fact currently looking into hotels.

Of the different nights at cjs I've seen listed, this is the one I think I'm most likely to come along to first although the tv/ts and admirers night is also In with a shout .
