The Rock-oriented all go, but have you ever met anyone who claims to like it? Not been in along time but I discovered it before it moved to the present location and, even then, I can't recall anyone ever saying they liked it.

Or is that just the cool opinion to hold?

Has the classic moved back to rock music? I went a couple of months back and it was dance music because it was sold onto a new owner and the old djs also left.

I'd happily try the classic again if it's moved back to rock music though

The owner Barry the DJ has another club which is rock/metal music etc ie the same as what it was like in the Classic.

Its called Cult and is on Sauchiehall Street google it.

Its very quiet most of the time i think the old rockers have drifted back to the Cathouse.

The Classic gig nights etc must be the only thing keeping that club going i remember going all the time and only about 15 people upstairs i could see it happening (letting it out for other events)

I guess the solid rock is still ok
