That's one of my duties at work Max so 100% agree... everyone thinks they are different and should be allowed to park where they like, they are always only going to be five minutes (doesn't matter you are still in someone else's parking space why should they have to wait for you) and they always ask ME where should they park... isn't that why you pass a driving test and learn the highway code??

My dad who's disabled parks behind them blocking them in if there's a few in a row without blue badges.
