I personally love the hot weather.. just one thing i dont like is that i find it impossible to sleep at night.. anyone got any helpful tips on how to sleep when its too warm ?

Get a spray bottle and lightly spray your skin with cold water then open a window or point a fan towards you! Xx

Spray bottle in the fridge and use before going to bed, really nice even during the day, and just a light bed-sheet to cover.

Perso a fan pointed at me gives me either a Barry White voice in the morning or a stiff neck for a week lol. So depends how sensitive you are to cold air on you all night.

When abroad last year I used a hot water bottle filled with icy cold water so I could put my feet on it

A hot water bottle is for life not just for the winter

Aftersun and a desk fan ..

On another note ..if your looking for a good long lasting tan.Put sun cream on 5 days before ya go on Holiday ..it lifts the pigmentation from underneath your skin.

You could also put a couple a bags of frozen peas over your Tits ..and lie on the top of the bed like a starfish ..it might not cool ya down much ..but it wont half make your Nipples look awesome

When its really hot weather, I sleep in the buff ...

you could try sleeping in the buff with just a super thin sheet over you instead of a duvet
