Anyone got any cure for jet lag . Just back from hols going from 45 to 12 degree doesn't help either

I always find alcohol helps! Maybe not the best medical advice however I always find it helps!

I work shifts so it's like getting jet lag every couple of weeks!

Can't do much about the change in temp, unless you whack the heating on and wrap yourself in tin foil!!!

Dude, same here. I was in Greece for a bit end of June and I honestly still haven't got my usual day to day enthusiasm for work back. Just want that heat, sand and chill time to be permanent. Aberdeen is so fucking cold!
