Finding one who is actually able to tailer a plan to you specifically is difficult, I find most of them just copy and paste a generic plan and don't take into account everyone is different.

wish I could help but I'm not too great when it comes to the nutrition side

I have recently bought the Joe Wicks Lean in 15 book and follow him on Facebook. He has loads of recipes that are actually tastey and not massivly heavy on special use once ingredients.

But that just goes to show it (nutrition) ain't even that serious. You look muscular and admit you're not great with nutrition... I myself haven't had a home cooked meal in 6 years and eat out/eat takeout food every single day and maintain a decent shape all year round. I find its more to do with calories than anything else.

Happy to help... I know a good deal but I don't always practice what i preach.

The comment above is spot on though- getting macros right depends greatly on the individual, the training and the goal. Some generic advice on macro splits can help but good advice isn't as simple
