"I'm not too great when it comes to the nutrition side " But that just goes to show it (nutrition) ain't even that serious. You look muscular and admit you're not great with nutrition... I myself haven't had a home cooked meal in 6 years and eat out/eat takeout food every single day and maintain a decent shape all year round. I find its more to do with calories than anything else. | |||
