Yeah done it a couple of times, 24:15 6 weeks ago, and 23:13 yesterday, not bad for doing no running in between

it's exactly what it says on the tin, organised 5k run in a local park, I'm not a fan of jogging but it's just the distance for me and some of the scenery is outstanding.

ah right,that's too much like hard work for me theses days lol

Yeah decent. What prk run do u go to. Iv only been twice. Getting just under 24 now tho so happy with that so far
