A world of my own

I cry at films etc all the time but today I reached a new low .. started bubbling at one of the trailers!

Any tips on how to toughen up??

The trick is to have no or as little human emotion as possible, I'm a heartless bastard, I can even carry on eating when an oxfam advert comes on the telly.

Show me something about animals though and a can't deal with it.

I must admit I'm a softie where films are concerned but in real life situations, which can be tragic, I just deal with them displaying no emotions, is that not worse? I often question myself on this.

I'm a disaster, can't even read an emotional story in the paper but I get choked up. xx
