Its worth while trying them. If you want to try them I suggest you buy a pack of 3 different sized silicone cock rings. I tend to use the biggest one to go over my cock and balls,lube will be required (personal preference as I like the pressure under my balls). Then one of the smaller ones (depends how big you are) to go over your cock which will make you harder and bigger than normal. Just try them out and figure out whats best for you

They say that it makes you last longer and I can see where they are coming from.

I'm like you and it takes a long time to make me cum. I find it makes it more enjoyable for me and easier to cum (when I want to) as the areas the cock ring is applying pressure adds to the sensation.
