"Anybody else suffer with this? And had it start all of a sudden? Not suffered with it before but had to come in out of the garden yesterday with eyes almost closed and streaming. Took an anti histamine and it calmed down Took one this morning but the symptoms are starting again ![]() Eating Red grapes also plenty vitamin c also hope it eases soon | |||

"I've not been so bad since I moved north thank god. But all you can do is take the tablets and avoid the hot spots. Easier said than done I know. Big sunglasses can help. As does regular hand and face washing, it stops the pollen sticking to you for too long. Other than that, a furry hug is the only other thing that MAY help ![]() Fixed it ![]() ![]() | |||
