Hey everyone,

Me and my partner will be in Scotland together on the 20th & 21st May. Wondering if any bi female's would like to come meet us in either After Eight or Cj's and perhaps consider some fun?

I was going to reply privately but can't as I am male... but here's my opinion.

If you have been to both before then don't bother reading on. If you haven't been to both I would suggest meeting at CJs. It's much better and more sociable.

Before anyone jumps on me it's just my opinion from my experiences.

21st may is couples and single females only nite at cjs so that would be your best time to go

I don't particularly like the word clique. If the same people frequent a place regularly and get to know each other, it stands to reason that they're going to be chatting with one another. Some may read that as a clique, personally I don't, but that's my interpretation. Your mileage may vary.

Having been to both, I felt more relaxed and that it was more sociable at CJs, whilst at After8 I felt like we were standing in someone's lounge eyeing each other up, and no one was really chatting. But that could be down to size, CJs is a big place.

If the OP is looking for one female to meet them at a club for play, then which club doesn't really matter.

However, if they want to keep their options open and increase their chances of more fun (especially if said female is a no show) then CJs would be their best option.

I heard a few times before my first visit that cj's was bad for cliques but I found it was very sociable. Sure there are people that go every week and like to meet up but there all very friendly. Although I don't belong to any "groups" in cj's I certainly don't feel excluded and I feel like I could approach and have a chat with most of them.

Oh yeah back to the O.P the clubs are full of single females if you don't find someone to go with pop along to one anyway. I've never been to after 8 but I would Deffo recommend cj's

Down to where your staying there is no diffrence cjs has it regulars who use the forums alot more than the regulars at after 8. I would recommend neither arrange a meet party in hotel.

you have the possibility of fun in any bar in either city also. So again it comes down to whether your on the east coast or west coast. There is very little diffrence between either buisness basically a home with music where you can shag for a price

Distance is definitely a factor. Our nearest club is Aberdeen which is an hour away. Glasgow and Edinburgh are 90 mins so we choose CJs when we fancy a change
