For a bit of fun!

What would be the theme of your night and what would be your signature dish?

I would have a cocktail party theme, suits and fancy frocks!

My dish would have to be a fillet steak with chunky chips and a blue cheese sauce!

That's only one course. You need to make a three course dinner....

Sounds good K. Count me in!

I'd probably make:

Arancini

steak with a whisky sauce, green beans and crushed potatoes.

Chocolate marquis with homemade icecream and a raspberry coullis.

My theme would be "fizz and fantastic".

I applied for Come Dine With Me once. It was said of my application that it was the greatest one they had ever received.

They asked me to take part, but due to a change in personal circumstances, I couldn't do it.

I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that I would have won it.

There was a guy from dundee on it once who had to be subtitled because no one could understand him. I used to work with him.

I didn't see the episode but I believe his dessert was angel delight

I have been organising and hosting Cum Dine With Me parties for around two years now, mainly couples and with seriously good food and fine wine. Always been a lack of uptake from this site though. Some couples come from Italy and France for the event and always full of interesting and adventurous fun to be had and usually some side shows for entertainment. Jim
