the minute i get in the door, regardless of the time of day, or even if i know ive got to go back out later on,

there's nothing better than taking my bra off & putting a sports vest type top on! instantly feel better

then usually followed by undressing & putting pj bottoms on or a oversized t-shirt

very overgrown child-like behaviour but, it works for me haha
