Where is your favourite place to buy a coffee from and what would it be?

Mine would always be a cappuccino or a late. Boring I know.

A world of my own

Blackforest Hot Chocolate from Costa.

Is an Xmas drink but the one local to me ordered extra syrup and makes it all year for me.

Loyalty card means a free one every so often too

Wow! You have them well trained. Or did you train a certain someone with a busty reward?

Just a plain old white coffee for me. McDonalds coffee is actually pretty good. Either there, Costa or Wild Bean at BP if I'm travelling anywhere. (Mr)

I don't have a particular favourite. I usually have tea wherever I am, but in the summer I do like Starbucks' mango & passionfruit ice blend

My two closest Costas are rubbish. I think I could make a better coffee on their machines. The Costa self serve machines are quite good. MacDonalds and Greggs are surpisingly decent too.

I'm a coffee snob. I love a Tapa in Dennistoun, Papercup in the WestEnd and Gordon St in town although Dear Green have a pop up in the Briggait again and it's a lovely space. I usually have a flat white.

Douwe Egberts Roasted Hazelnut is my favourite coffee.

I'm not overly fussed for going to coffee shops though.

Edinburgh

A Chai latte is my drink of choice.

When passing however, Brew Lab in Edinburgh (South College Street) does the best Flat White I've ever tried.

Love small coffee shop/family runned tea rooms over the bigger named coffee shops. The cakes always taste better home baked!

Plain old white coffee from mcds or greggs or anywhere.

Personally I'm not that much of a coffee lover to go out my way to get a certain type.

Coffee is coffee to me.

Not into all those skinny latte frappe caramel iced hold the cream drinks

Bog standard white for me, all the fancy fuckery with adding things in just takes the focus off the fact it's....coffee.

Me too. For me the cake is way more important than the coffee. It all tastes the same to me anyway!

I prefer a straight forward ordinary cup of coffee sometimes black sometimes white, and ocassionaly a cappucino.

I avoid the syrupy drinks that the big chains promote, the sugar content is just mental.

Caffé Nero has not paid corporation tax in the UK since 2008, despite racking up sales worth £1.2 billion.

guess its kind of like going in for a coffee, paying and sitting drinking it whilst they stick the middle finger up at you

I know a few have been mentioned, but can anyone recommend any Glasgow city centre, non-franchise coffee places?

Thank you.
