Well its back with a vengeance again... So tired I could cry, but when my head hits the pillow I cant sleep. Other than alcohol, any ideas? Anyone else suffer this?

"Watch bram stokers Dracula, instant cure"

I was going to suggest something similar, I put the Amadeus biopic on the other night, fell asleep within 30mins.

Best cure I have found for my insomnia

Someone on the forums was swearing by magnesium supplements recently. I hadn't heard of it before but apparently it works well (but do some research before accepting it, please!)

Glad it's not just me. I have had no luck trying to sleep recently. I'm not sure coming on here and getting all hot and bothered while my hubby is sleeping does me much good either haha

Yup nightly sufferer tried allsorts .

Genuinely only thing that makes me sleep is a real good sex session.

Any help for sleeping would be gratefully received

Do you mean a sex session would be greatly received?

Haha yeah eventually but there wouldn't be any rush surely? We would need to take our time and make it something worth sleeping off

Always find it hard to sleep when mrs is on her sleepovers at work, doesn't help when you've got a 4 year old who thinks when mums out he gets the big bed to himself

Been given a load of sleep drills by the gp, info can be found on wellbeing site. Good place to start.
