Temptation Resort Cancun Mexico Hilarious Trip Advisor Reviews!

So we have a few weeks free at the end of August and looking to head abroad, thought a swingers resort might be fun so like any time we go abroad we jump on tripadvisor for a look. Some of the reviews of this place are fucking hilarious! Below are our 2 faves,

"Next, the negative: Everything else I didn't mention. This place is trashy and classless. The people are the lowest of the low. "Sexual in nature" is a nurtured environment at this resort. The party/pool games are rife with foul language, pornographic acts, and d*unkards as are the night shows. This behavior is encouraged by the staff, which is just gross. I was horrified the entire time I was there. I would have left immediately but my doing so would have ruined my friends' fun (they liked this place). So, if you like crass, overbearing, overly sexual people, then go here. I, for one, pickled myself in peroxide when I got home.

Nobody, and I mean nobody leaves the pool to use the bathroom. They are too busy "giving" "free love" (ponder that for a moment - run with it). Partner swapping is rampant. The guests are dressed like hookers, prison gang members, and societal degenerates. I have no words."

"HORRIBLE heard people having sex!LAZY ROOM SERVICE..no door to the toilet.. nice size room had a garden but the rooms felt (icky)...

location was beautiful but the hotel was old,shabby! VERY SHABBY &SLEAZY FOR ME."

LOL seriously though who goes to a swingers resort when they have no idea what one actually is? Has anyone ever been? Is is any good? There are more than a couple of negative reviews and sadly they aren't all from idiots who don't know what a swingers resort is.

We have friends down south who've been to Cancun a couple of times. Not sure if its temptations or desire they went to though. They spoke very highly of it whichever it was. We'll get in touch with them and see if we can find out anything more for you.

I went years ago when it was The Blue Bay Getaway. It was an experience. How to put it nicely? ERM....it lacked a little in finesse shall we say. I'm sure it has improved.

Yea its got more than its fair share of extremely negative reviews. Think we are going to stay somewhere else and maybe try a day pass see what we think after that. Perhaps at Desire as opposed to Temptation

A wee funny story, 11 years ago I stayed in the hotel next to the blue bay getaway with my ex. I was absolutely disgusted that people next door were swinging and stuff. I hardly went on the beach in case I saw things.
