I know this will be happening too everyone on fab but I take it messages don't get read as single females and couples are popular and when they log back on they have another 100 messages so they don't bother too check through there messages?

That and if they don't read the profile, send one liners, text speak, 'hey...' Etc Most of, in fact all of those we bin and block.

It's also to prevent repeat messages. If I read then don't reply, I often end up being bombarded with more from the same person. So sometimes easier to mark unread

I dont get 100s of messages.. but i do sometimes delete messages without reading if its just a hey or hi or up for a meet? With no pics added why should j waste my time opening the message when they guy aint spent the time to message me properly

The ones that annoy me are women who mail me & when I reply they don't read my message for days, had a woman mail me a month ago I replied straight away it's been about 5weeks now she still hasn't read it & it's not deleted.

I do too.. sometimes read messages at work then get too busy and then forget then you get more messages so you forget even more about the other messages ha

I didnt mean it in a cant be bothered way.. i meant life takes over shit happens and replying to messages takes a back seat.. then they are forgotten about...

Just don't take the site so seriously? If people don't reply, they don't. If they want to get back to you, I'm sure they will. What's meant for you won't pass you by.

Most people do read them they just mark unread to save hassle,

I think it's rude myself but I'm different to others & l know there are some real pains online but don't judge us all that way.

They get looked at! The profile picture, the title and the first 12 words.... That's all that gets looked at. So cock shot in profile pic= delete unread. The word Youse=delete unread. Pretty simple. So if you manage to pass the bottom feeder hurdles by not looking like a dummy. But your message within those first 12 words must look interesting or guess what?!? Just don't have half an hour a day spare to tell guys what stoopid stuff they are writing.
