A world of my own

I was a bit outspoken at times and didn't follow the crowd. I was pretty quiet and was bullied very badly all through school. As such couldn't wait to leave.

Was only interested in music or certain sports so tended to be on the outside of the mainstream

Allowed to hang with the musicians who at my school in the 70's were long haired weirdos

Because I didn't play rugby I was not allowed to hang with the gym crew

So tended to keep myself to myself

Still do to this day

I like to think I was everyone's pal, but I was probsbly considered a bit of a nerd. I worked hard & got top marks & was supposed to be assistant head boy but thankful there were smarter & more socially awkward guys than me so that I was never picked on

Was a skateboard kid for a while,then a bam.

Was bullied pretty badly until I started dishing out Glasgow kisses!Then I was that crazy kid that folk left alone if they didn't want to be constantly looking over their shoulders

I'm still a bam.....a nice polite n friendly bam though lol.

I just had fun in scool. Learned what I needed to but enjoyed school . Did shit loads off things we shouldn't have but nothing serious .

Always remember being in school and adults saying "enjoy school it will be the best days of your lives" and thinking they were totally mental but they were right looking back my high school was totally fab and I wish I was still there . This adult stuff aint all its cracked up to be
