I'd suggest the West Midlands. Birmingham and the Black Country. Cool and friendly people : )

Unless you prefer a seaside place...then I don't know...

Ohhh dear forgot to mention it will be from Glasgow my bad guy's ??

Poland seems to be up and coming though ive only afew days so looking something handy not to far on a train being from N.Ireland the trains still a novelty hahaha

Haha! I would say the west coast line. One of the most scenic in the world. Go to mallaig and silver sands morar. Not much swinging I imagine but beautiful beautiful places

Last month I searched sky scanner for flights to any destination from Glasgow. Turned out Berlin was cheapest so I booked them and got hotel through tribalism. Total cost was less than a ninety quid for 3 days away :
