Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

Does anyone do this workout?

Is it good for both guys and girls, can anyone recommend a place close to Kinross

Hi. I've done Pilates and Yoga in the past. Both good for core strength. Doing some mindfulness classes just now which are great for relaxation. I'm sure there'll be plenty of Pilates classes near you.

I do Pilates at least once a week for my core and strength training as well as my overall flexibility
