Falkirk

The beds and showers are big in the citizen M. But the rooms are quite small. But with a big bed....who cares?

The village hotel in Edinburgh was nice too. Only had a small basic room but it was comfy.

Fairmont at St. Andrew's Bay by a country mile. Its a stunning hotel in a beautiful location. Shame it's bloody pricey!

Yeah citizen m looks quite quirky. We were going to book up there in hope of meeting like minded folks.

Haven't tried the citizen m yet...looks nice thought.

Dakota was nice - large showers and had some great fun in that. Last stayed in malmaison (was walking distance from the kitchin, hence the choice) and it's not what it used to be really. I prefer out of the way, family run kind of hotels though personally. If in up north east I'll usually stay in kilmarnock arms in cruden bay...nice cosy atmosphere and good food aswell. Spend most of my life in hotels so hard to pick favourites as they become much of a muchness!

We're hoping to pick someone up at the bar. Something a little spontaneous. Never tried it before though. Fancy our chances?

Citizen M is a funky hotel but rooms are kinda budget although huge beds made for sharing.

Blythswood is elegant and 5* very expensive

I love Tigerlilly in Edinburgh

The Fraser Suites in Glasgow are great apartments.

Premier Inn on West Nile Street. Receptions up on the first or second floor so easy peasy to sneak women and couples back for playtime!!

Haha This happens to us every time! We have only just decided this is for us but the better half is not keen on the scene or websites. She wants it to be more natural so we are hoping to pick someone up

Us rgT the new one by Buchanan Galleries? We have stayed there a couple of times, great views if you get a high floor.

No, was a Christmas treat. I'm a bit 'meh' about hotels as I stay in a few different ones every week with work and numb to them now but that place is just amazing. Worth it.

It does look good on the website but I doubt I'll ever stretch to those prices - may be they'll have on offer on sometime
