We all have to live with the ups and downs of work illness relationships the humdrum mundane things when that's all going on around you don't forget to live yourself we're not here for long make the most of the time regret the things you've done not the things you never tried .

That was my thoughts yesterday so I took the bull by the horns and booked a weekend away for me and the kids next month.

Sick of doing the same thing day in day out....time to live a little

"I have lots of regrets........just hoping for the odd ray of sun every now and then. When they come along, I try and make the most of them "

The old crooner Frank Sinatra sang it well in My Way . Though I do love the Side Vicious cover

Good post. I personally try my best to live my life with as little regrets as possible.

If I constantly think what if or I shouldn't have done that then it takes away from the good times past and still to come. Positive thinking and all that...

This sums it up... Events in our life good or bad lead us to where we are, right now my life is pretty perfect n probably wouldn't be if some not so nice things hadn't happened

Lol I'd be a passenger. Cost nearly £3000 but not just a flight involved. Aiming to do it in 2020 for my 60th birthday. Definitely achievable.

This time of year tends to be a low point from lack of Light to Lack of cash,January is a long month. It takes something Life Changing to realise it's time to live your life from my experience.

Been feeling like this too lately so decided to try and get a holiday away with my little girl this month. Proving difficult though

There are only two days of the year in which you can control nothing, that is yesterday and tomorrow, that means today is the ideal day to love, to believe, to create and to live!! So grab it with both hands as tomorrow never comes

|I have finally come to terms with my life as it is (profile explains).

Now just to kick others into touch that I can still led a relatively normal life and don't need spoon fed 24/7...
