There is a strip bar along by the bus station - or used to be. Can't imagine the hoops they had to jump through for a licence for that.

The church or anyone else wouldn't actually have much of a say. Anyone can start running private swingers party's without needing any official appoval. The insular nature of the highlands means that no one could be seen going into a swingers club without everyone knowing about it!
