I try to do 2 bootcamp type training a week, it's short but intense and always have a great buzz afterwards

Running is my main outlet for stress right now glad to be back at to as a buggered my foot just after the Edinburgh marathon last year

I was a decent hill and x country runner back in the day but now have bother with my hip so stick to cycling.

Have to say I really miss it
