Pointless thread because I felt like it

I'm about to make some toast and deciding what to put on it! Will probably end up with some butter and strawberry jam.

What do you have on yours?

Rasperry jam all the way. Mrs likes her butter melted which is frankly perverted, I like mine to cool first so that it is crunchy and not soggy!

You never put a knife in jam. Only a spoon. I was told that by my granny as a wee girl...and I never have.

any jar in my household....spoons only in the jars, nay cross contamination here
