When you're feeling grumpy and are just generally in a bad mood, what helps you get out of it?

I'm in such a rubbish mood and I seem to dislike everything and anything at the moment lol I don't even know why, which is frustrating in itself.

I am so sorry to hear this Ms Starbuck I can't wave a magic wand but I suggest you say to yourself that tomorrow's a new day and set out to shake this mood. Easier said than done I know but for me setting a target always works.

I heard an odd philosophy today just happens to fit your problem L X

Basically build your coffin and put next to the front door and give it a little tap every time you pass. Then everyday won't seem so bad
