As the subject suggests, I've become more of a man over Christmas and New Year in a very literal sense and fancy shifting a bit of weight. Anybody got any good suggestions that don't involve 5 days a week at the gym or limiting my diet to one carrot every other day?

The slimming world plan is really good, can still eat loads infact i never eat enough lol

Snap, didn't think I'd gotten that but apparently so! Wasn't until I'd seen a certain couples profile and the male was looking very ripped that I realised I'm needing to sort myself out and not in the usual way lol

Time to cut back on the alcohol and get a bit more exercise in..... And lots of sexercise

Get a dog - I now all 10km a day on average.

I now need to drop the wine and all will be good lol

burn more calories than you eat... simple. I have lost 30lbs since june by doing that and walking every day for no more than an hour, and swimming once a week

Down on carbs and up the water. Easiest way to drop bloat and water retention.
