Teacher suspended after being spotted on dogging website

A head of department at an Ayrshire school has been suspended from work after being spotted on a dogging website.

Whether he was spotted 'by accident' or whether someone has been deliberately trawling that and similar sites isn't made clear but, if anyone is at all concerned about such exposure, it might be worth revisiting your profile and/ or pics.

yeah there was a policeman exposed by news of world couple of months ago for having profile on adultwork but he was also very prominent on this site with same profile name. though how foolish can you get having your face pic on public gallery when you in that kind of profession

Dogging is a bit different to being on a website though. If you are in a profession that has alot of responsibility, then you should probably be as anonimous as possible, and maybe not have sex outside with the police around the corner eh x

have a thought for his family, what have they all gone throu ,to find there husband. dad on a site then put thro the papers ,the paper dont care they got the storey and moved on leaving a wake of desaster for him ,his reputation at school and in his home ,comunity and freinds , after all he never mugged an old person didnt interfear with kids , didnt kill anyone ,all he did was post a face pic of himself advertising to have hetrosexual sex with the opposite sex, and thata a crime ,also this is a private site, maybe one of his school kids surfed the net and ssaw it, or some grown up child grassed him of, this all happend again a good time ago with some female copper in edinburgh as well, but must admit on public gallery no face should have been put, ,lets think now did he loose his job, his wife his kids family relitives ,if i new where he lived i woud be sending him a letter of sympathy and support, after all we are suppose to be a christian country and have some feeling for others .ps im going to get some responce for this pss i know what im talking about

Assuming the guy did in fact put his own picture on a dogging website (and there's talk amongst local doggers that he was set up) then, as Jolene says (above), he should have known better.

He was secondary head of department so presumably/ hopefully he ain't a daftie. Anyone whose marital or employment status would be adversely affected by such exposure should think very carefully about the risks versus rewards of sticking a face photo on the internet where just about anyone can see it.

Aren't teachers subject to Enhanced Disclosure Scotland? That allows "all conviction information, spent and unspent, and any other non conviction information considered to be relevant by the police or other Government bodies" which means that even if you haven't been convicted of anything the cops can still use what they know about you (eg spotting you at a dogging site) when completing your disclosure.

wow that was some retort very knolageable, nobodys going to say oh bye the way im a dogger when applying for a job or telling the cops what you do in your spare time , its not a criminal thing doing what he does in his private life and im sure he done his job perfectly, theres allways some low life with no life that likes to grass folk up ,they get protected but the poor bastard they snitched on gets fucked over good style

You're right. There's always someone who's unhappy with their lot and makes it their purpose to make others unhappy too.

That's why people, especially people in contact with those who are considered vulnerable in society, have to be exceptionally careful.

In my opinion , this man who is in an important job within education should have known the risk he was taking , and even although posting a picture on a website isn't illegal i am sure the parents of his pupils at his school would have been a little scared of what other 'pastimes' he may have indulged in.

People in positions of authority , where they are responsible for vunerable others should always think long and hard about what they advertise on the internet, whats the consequences would be should they be found out, but equally so should all us ordinary people due to safety aspects and also if ur married and cheating think of the consquences should your spouse find out is it worth losing everything for a short time of indulgence in your fantasies.

and you are certainly welcomed to your tuppenceworth, also see the ploice dont think for one minute they are as white as what you think ,i know a few ,and they are bent in some way or form , drinking and driving when there is a zero tolerance, and they all surf porn , swap porn dvd,s. and a few are members on here , one got kicked out for looking up on the computer who stayed in his street. there all human ,and if one saw a gallery pic of one of his collegues he would report him at a drop of a hat , thats the way they are brain washed , quick note i know a few i said that drink with them but they would still do me , there not our freinds.they are differant from us
