I'm rubbish at these, usually it's get fitter etc etc.

This year I'm gonna give up someone who's really not good for me. It'll be tough but I'll do it.

Anyone else?

To get back plan with the weight loss.

Fucked it up and put soooooooo much back on.

Really ashamed......feel I have let myself, and all those who have encouraged me, down.

55 this year and my plan was to retire.

Unfortunately that was knocked on the head a couple of years ago through redundancy, bankruptcy and Meltdown

However 2016 will be conducted at MY pace, not a slave to financial burdens although permanently skint.

Due to ill health my diving will also slow down to recreational rather than adventurer, outdoor pursuits like hill walking etc will become the norm, no intention to bag Munros.

Formed a new band so my focus is on that for the first quarter of the year then we will take it from there

Intend to start using Fab again the way I used to and get back out there enjoying myself
