Any recommendations for a spa hotel in Scotland or north of England? Have a few in mind, just want to see if anyone has been to somewhere different.

Not looking for one in Glasgow. Thinking one with a log fire.

Outside of Glasgow, as far as I can tell, you have a few big names, then the little ones. I looked at Stobo castle, Dunblane hydro and Crieff hydro. Further a field are more... But I couldn't be bothered with the travel. All three were doing deals, so check their websites. We went with Dunblane hydro. Spa could do with a bit of a freshen up : changing rooms aren't great... But you could easily fuck in the steam room and sauna. We just flashed and played. Hotel itself is picturesque and grand. Food was brilliant and the staff couldn't help enough. I felt it was value for money.

Hope this helps.

Stobbo castle in the cashmere suite is beyond amazing. Expensive but worth every penny. Can't wait to go bk this year it's heaven. They have 2 four poster beds in huge bedroom walking wardrobe and dressing area private garden and patio, huge stone deep bath with a shower also with 5 different hoses and mood lights and a massive living room with amazing sound system and dim lights and that's just the room then they wash ur car for u and food is awesome and all the facilities from steam room to pool to sauna and outdoor hot tubs it really is 5 star plus.

Yellowscott near Dunfermline might fit the bill. I don't know it but see good reviews.
