The Mrs and I (well me mainly) made up a 50 shades style "sex contract" which includes everything from simple S&m to swinging. Things like what she must do when told e.g whenever I request pictures, oral, control when/if she masturbates and I tell her what to wear when we are out etc and how she must address me . If she doesn't do as told she is open to punishment (spanking and teasing etc) I thought of it as I'm new to S&m and she is still coming round to swinging. So thought this was the perfect way to get both of us in to what we like individually. And explore fantasies.
