I shall be smiling and twinkling my way round tesco shortly. But then I always do. I smile at everyone I make eye contact with. It's a lifelong habit. It's nice to be nice and approachable. Find the fun in everything, even if its stressful.

But yes, things are very grumpy on here at the moment. What's that all about??

I've let most folk out at junctions in last few days waved at a lady at the Fort to show her I was leaving a space for her to get have had some lovely smiles . I've even shopped enfemme this week and no one screamed
