E.K . Glasgow

Prostitution the oldest profession they say I remember seeing loads of ladies of the night walking round Anderson cross while sitting in the pub they would get picked up and dropped off many times . If decriminalised would they return ? Maybe if legalised would mean proper care for sexworkers though where would these folk ply their trade nobody would like it in their street .

Why couldn't it take place in licensed premises like it does in other country's the girls could then be protected and have regular health checks

Long way from the verge. As it stands its nowhere near ready to roll out kerb crawling and work in groups of up to four. laws scrapped to me means ply their trade anywhere not something most folk want. Taxation? Not even looked at. But can run finances through a third partys account tax dodgers dream. add to that the criminal side. And its a very long road.one that I cant see being navigated

Despite what some people may think, it is not illegal to be a prostitute. However, many associated activities are.

I can't see this coming to pass.

The Churches, all of them, will scare politicians into abandoning the idea.

A don't think prostitutes will like it, doesn't it mean they'll have to pay taxes?
