Now I know I'm not the best with the correct grammar, spelling or punctuation. I'm sure you will notice in this post. I doubt there are many on here that are perfect. Yes some are better than others.

This is to the people that feel the need to point those mistakes out and there are a few of you out there.

Have you ever stopped for one second before you post and thought, hmm I wonder if this could hurt someone's feelings, make them feel stupid or dumb. Is the need to belittle someone so overpowering that you can't stop yourself or thinking about how that might make the person feel.

Do you feel you have to go around putting others down to make yourself feel better. If that's the case carry on if it makes you feel better then feel free to say what you want because this is the the Internet after all, it's not real life is it. It's so easy to say what you want when your not standing looking into someone's eyes.

I feel like I should have a big dramatic ending to this post but that's it I'm afraid. That's all I want to say

I notice quite regularly, people deliberately jump on a comment on a post to try and make everyone else think their a great guy, it's so obvious that it's cringe worthy.

Aw well I'm fooked as my typos are hilarious and to be quite honest I don't care .

If someone wishes to point out my mistakes . Then more fool them as it says more about them than it does me.

Most people are on here looking for fun not a grammer lesson .

Or even the chance to use the forum to make you look like Mr/Mrs big I am .

(Yes I did check multiple times for errors before the spellcheck police came in)

Grammar doesn't bother me as long as I get what the poster is trying to convey. Unfortunately, a simple mistake can turn an innocent comment into a nasty one when it wasn't meant to.

Totally word perfect grammer does not bother me. I love language (and yes that includes all aspects of anything oral)... I love how someone uses language including so called "text talk" which can enrich and enliven a conversation but using it exclusively in a one line message is soul destroying. It's like anything on here... manners, respect and most of all humour is important.

Always remember grammar is the difference between knowing your shit and knowing you're shit

People who put others down for what ever reason should be ashamed of themselves. Not every person is equal and to pick on someone for poor grammar is just absolute nonsense. These people should be avoided and I certainly place no value on their comments.

We're all here for fun after all so let's keep it that way.

We all have to realise that some people are dyslexic, or have a tough time with grammar, spelling and punctuation for whatever reason it may be.

Sometimes, autocorrect can cause problems too. It often changes words I've typed and I hit post before I've re-read it and it makes no sense.

So let's embrace the written word.

And for those who have problems (never start a sentence with and, but or because) - then it's 10 snogs from your 10 favourite people

Reading this message says you know the true meaning of conversation & how to put this over to someone. This is the internet so no feelings involved, then you correctly state your not looking into someones eyes. I always look into a girls eyes as they tell many stories. Dont be put off & carry on xx

Thanks for all your comments on here. I've read them all. Some I agree with and some I don't but I'm not going to comment on anyone's individual post. It would only end up turning into a heated discussion and that wasn't the point to the thread.

You know it's nice to see everyone having their own opinion on the matter without anyone jumping on to comment in reply or correct them. That obviously wouldn't work with every thread but so far so good for this one

I use digital spy forums often, the grammar police are something to behold on there. I'm actually a good speller and understand grammar and punctuation...... Aslong as I'm writing. Totally different when I'm typing it on my phone as I usually am here. Combination of sausage fingers, autocorrect and never being able to find punctuation marks leads to all sorts of gibberish being posted

Seriously!!

Well that tells you a lot about the person doesn't it.

For a start they had to message you privately so they don't have the balls to say what they think in public, they obviously know it's wrong what they said or they would have posted it on here. Also who has given anyone the right to call someone names or try to put them down. Are they so special, no they aren't.

This isn't school. We are all meant to be grown ups and should have learned by this stage in life to treat people with respect.

I'm sorry that has happened to you. It was very brave of you to tell everyone what happened to you when you were younger.

You seem to be a lovely guy so don't let the trolls bother you. They obviously have issues if they feel the need to do that. X

Not bothered atal by it the funny thing is I noticed a couple of spelling mistakes in her mail but I didn't bother to let her know as she didn't deserve my energy in thumb typing a reply and I'd rather just not speak in any way to people like that I'm here for happy reasons and good chat she dusnt even hav a pic of any sort not that I viewed profile but a mail usually has a pic next to it so that tells me she's obviusly imbarrased about something

Personally ...As long as i get the drift of the message/conversation it really doesnt matter too me.

Spelling mistakes are actually funny in the right text.

It is also worth highlighting that some comments can be taken differently or may sound offending and really there is no maliciousness at all.

I'm amazed we are actually discussing this.

Obviously because someone can't show a little class.

Doesn't everyone realise we are all individuals and have different strengths and weaknesses.

Isn't there more important things happening in the world?

People only do things like that to cover their shortcomings, let's all live and let live.

Peace out and a very nice Xmas to you all.

I agree with you Furry.

That's why it takes me 20 minutes to write a message lol

People also forget that they are a few foreigners using the site and English might not be their first language.

That's why I often mention that am French before i get cut into threads. Like that some people read twice and read between the lines...

Ok only took me 10 minutes to write this... Hope it makes sense lol

It's not the most important thing in the world, but I can't say spelling and grammar don't matter to me.

If you don't correct someone, they'll never get it right. But there's a time and a place to do it. On a forum, sandwiched between threads about dick size and spit-or-swallow, isn't ideal.
