Lonely This Christmas...

There are so many people that dislike Christmas for many reasons, and will be lonely this Christmas.

To those that in that situation be safe and well. It's not always the most wonderful time of the year.

Horrible time of year if that's the case and spare a thought to those working while everyone else is partying with family and friends

Was seriously thinking of just going to help the help the homeless groups on Christmas night. Can't think of a better cause on that day.

I've did this and it does make you realise how lucky you are... There are so many less fortunate out there.

I'm lucky I have my boys, however I do find Xmas particularly lonely for many reasons. And it will be my 6th. X

I won't be alone at Christmas. I'll be snug and warm with the kids and my wee adored grandson amongst others. But a huge part of me will be lonely for those who aren't with me any more. You can be surrounded by people but so lonely in your heart. For a close friend of mine this will be his first Christmas without his beloved wife and my heart breaks for him. I know only too well how it feels to be bereaved at this very sentimental family time. So, to any of you who may be struggling with loss at this time, I send my love and hope that you cope. Love never dies...it goes on and on.

I won't forget all those people out there that will be on their own, I've been there myself.

It will probably be just my kids and I this Christmas but once the kids grow up and have their own life I will go out and do something to try and make at leased one person feel like someone has time for them on Christmas Day.

I'll be thinking about you all X
