stopped smoking

Has anyone else stopped or trying to give up smoking. That's a whole week I've done without a fag. They say the first week is the hardest and there not lying. But hopefully will be easier from now on. Not stressed about having a fag as much today.

3 years and a bit and (not) counting.

My brother died of smoking related heart disease. Just stop. No need for dates or anniversaries. You've done the worst bit. Keep going!

Ye will do think I will just try not to think about it anymore and hopefully it will be three years before I no it. Lol.
