just make sure you get electrical and gas inspections did first 5 days of moving in as means previous owner will need to fix any problems that's not in the agreement ie rewire etc

Sorry took me a while to find my own thread... my ass is dumb after all the crap today.

Good news is I actually know the seller as for furniture... Wow I'm getting a ex rent flat that's been well maintained, they are leaving me everything except the bed which I don't need

Some of it has to go! but for now it's perfect...

*whisper* also it has a mirrored ceiling in the bedroom *whisper*

Good advice... who do I ask to check it over? an electrification ?

Fuck! all the stress today given me a spot! lol

I hope so too, needs some work on the outside but i'll get to that later when I make it perfect!

I'm thinking one red wall three creamy walls in the main bedroom to match the colors of my bed spreads :P

nooooooo those curtains are getting burned when I move!

My best mates gf was a decorator for many years, I'll get her to come up with something sexy.

my decorating skills begin and end with applying paint/wallpaper/flooring, I'm more a outside of the building person which is why I bought somewhere awesome inside and less awesome outside.
