Fochabers

I'm awake can't sleep either often find either a good orgasm helps or watching or listening to something I am very familiar with, it kind of shuts down my brain slowly cause I don't really need to concentrate on it.

Been awake since 3 and finally got up at 4 for work. So much for an early night to get extra sleep

I always try switching phone, laptop all technology off half hour before sleepy time, lets the smoke from my brain being fried all day settle

If you find one let me know. My nights are full of hours where I lie awake and look at the ceiling.

Yip, I take a drink at night which helps improve sleep (non pharmaceutical) and also can make suggestions on how to settle the mind and body in prep for sleep
