No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

I met a guy recently whos complexion was amazing.

Sign was so soft and blemish free.

He admitted to me that he has a beauty regime he follows every day which he thinks helps and I have to agree with him.

So guys what's your daily beauty routine and would you try anything to improve how you look?

I don't have time daily but yes I do have different methods to keeping my youthful looks

Karen (and many others) will tell you that I'm worse than a woman when it comes to getting myself organised and I'm even worse when it comes to getting dressed

but if I was normal then I wouldn't be me so meh

Right now no, I'm getting up at 6am but when I'm starting work at 2 pm I pamper myself x

My skin isn't perfect but I've had compliments on how soft it is

The only thing I do is use intensive care hand moisturiser as my hands get terrible in the winter. Helps keep them softish

Apart from that, just the usual wash in the morning and shower in the evening

Water. Drinking plenty of water consistently works amazingly well.

A sauna once a week helps too.

I live on beer and junk food but yeah a sauna now n then helps too

Clean nails and use hair trimmer bodybutter morn and night from the body shop also use a product which although not meant to be for facial use it does help keep skin smooth and but also moisturiser and kerpskin firm in the places required oops secrets out ach who cares us guys should care for our skin regardless of anyones oponion. One lady i metwas envious and asked whats the secret

Constantly washing hands at toilet and food brakes but I need to trim my nails and give them a nice buff to shine.

Men men I'm disappointed in you.

Remember being in hillhead guy in front of my hair immaculate, tan, eyebrow waxed, everything perfect. Looked at myself and that god I look like a tramp next to him. I compliment him on it. Turns out he was a model. Made me feel a wee bit better bad day when I man is more manicured than you.
