Is it just me or would you be put off someone because of their username. I am no way fickle but some names are a bit OTT

Nope, except maybe drug reference stuff but that's only after I met someone like that and it didn't turn out so well for Mr squeaky clean health nut.

My idea of a party involves good chat and some weird hanky panky, I don't care what you do to your body, just don't ask me todo the same.

Yes, definitely.

A username, like a profile photo, is a reflection of yourself. Anything crude or unnecessarily vulgar isn't going to viewed with the greatest of desirability, in my opinion.

Imho too many people, particularly guys, don't seem to understand the concept of a profile, and that includes the username. It's an advert, it's a means of attracting ladies or couples, whoever they want to meet.

I suspect that a lot of ladies, looking through the latest deluge of messages,see the username and that's enough, instantly binned.

To a certain extent it can be very off putting if they have a crude or derogatory profile name.

As can overuse of the words genuine, discreet and professional in a profile.
