How many couples are put off if the male of another couple has a beard and moustache? K loves mine, but I sometimes feel that it harms our chances with other couples. Opinions?

Have to say not keen on a full furry face - don't mind a wee bit stubble as mr sticky can have a bit of growth at times.

Ive had a beard for about 10 years now, and its short, tidy and actually quite soft...

Of course, there can be disadvantages at times, a REALLY wet woman makes you feel slightly more damp than being clean shaven, lol, but other than one person that asked me would I shave it off to meet them (should a woman dye her hair if I asked her to?) most women I've spoken seem to think it suits me and like it..

BUT I am willing to put my dignity on the line, so how about this; view me, and rate me. Marks out of five, and I'll see if I resally am deluded, haha

1 - Looks like some one the police should arrest!

2 - looks like a muppet, no thanks

3 - looks ok, but not for me

4 - kinda cute, its suits him

5 - can I have his number?

I think it all comes down to weather or not you suit it. Johnny Depp, Robert Downey Jnr… they suit it. Frankie Boyle? Nah. There’s subtleties to it.

I just don’t look right without it, not to mention I’ll start getting carded for buying DVDs cause I’ll look about 15! Plus I’ve yet to find any shaving solution that doesn’t bring my face out in a rash.

Have you tried a proper barbershop shave with hot towels, oils and the nearest thing to an open razor the law allows nowadays?

Done well it lasts 3-4 days, depending on growth, so if have it done on a Friday it'll last most of the weekend and by the end of the follwong week it'll be fashionably stubbly.

I prefer to be just fashionably stubbly!

I trim and keep it neat, but I'm not going to go to great lengths and expense to have something done that, frankly, makes me feel uncomfortable. I love my facial hair, I appologise to it everytime I have to trim it... ok, back to being serious, I find it grows back really fast, I'd probably only get 2 days out of that.

I can't disagree with that. I've had a full set on and off for large chunks of my life.
