Hi to all the folk on here in Scotland.

I'm 47, Forth Valley area and just want to have some fun with like minded ladies before I'm just too auld to even swing a hammer! I'm still doing some bodybuilding training at age 47 to keep up with the younger guys.

Thanks for all your replies and comments. I have summariesed and cut some sections out. I need etter photos and an up to date face photo.

BTW men I'm a self taught user of Testosterone Replacement Therapy and it saved my life nearly 2 years ago. Went from chairbound disabled to back to some bodybuilding training in 6 months. Any one wants a link or info drop me a message. I just want to get some playtime in before I'm too stecky n auld.

I'll avoid cake. Currently on a Dutch breakfast. Coffee and a dutch coffee shop classic to get the day off to a slow start.....
