" It's not persecution when a man who has a history of blacking out at the wheel and has already killed and seriously injured numerous people continues to drive without a license. The police are doing their job. I think there will be more to come with this man who has a complete disregard for other people around him | |||

I expect a claim for constructive dismissal any day." Its not uncommon for people to be advised to resign if disciplinary is likely to result in dismissal ... However if they had grounds for summary dismissal then he wont have a leg to stand on with constructive dismissal | |||

"He know he wasn't fit to drive just like when a d*unk gets behind the wheel so that's just an accident." When a d*unk driver kills someone that's not murder either unfortunately. It's death by dangerous driving under the influence of drink or drugs. Not murder. He should be face a criminal trial after what happened but it's not murder. | |||
