Just wondering how many fabbers use the gym and pool here??

Joined a wee while back and haven't been much recently with holidays and having a bad cold, but looking to get back in to it.

Trying to lose some timber (off the waist..) and some nice talent is always a good motivator

Never been to a gym in my life...the great outdoors is my gym...I try to keep active and eat healthy and it seems to work well for me health is wealth!

Is there still a golf course?? No wonder rbs is down the tubes. Absolutely shocking company to work for. Thank fuck I'm out!!

Yes, but that was there a long time before RBS was as far as I know..
