Some weeks ago I wrote about a chap who was arrested at a well known dogging site to the south of Glasgow.

An elderly man who performed a sex act on himself in front of two police officers has walked free from court.

The acused was facing jail for masturbating as he walked up to the window of the car the officers were in.

But he avoided a spell behind bars after a sheriff placed him on a Community Payback Order and put him on the Sex Offenders’ Register.

I'm not sure whose definition of 'walked free' that is.

Err the definition that follows the fact that he wasn't put behind bars!!

If he walked out of the court after sentencing then he did indeed walk free.

Ffs what's the world coming to when ye Cannae have a wank in front of the police without getting a slap on the wrist!
