C is an awful speller, in person he is articulate and fun. Some people just can't spell. It's the text speak that really grinds my gears

I'm not the best speller but I'm not a stupid woman. Unfortunately Its just one of those things. I would hate to think it's annoying someone if I misspell something

You are wanting people to write to you with perfect spelling, the first port of call to see if they match what you seek will be your profile. They will see a mismatch is your approach to spelling so may be confused that you take it so seriously.

Lead by example

Life is too bloody short to get irritated by petty shit I say, I couldn't care less if an aquantance, mate, fuck friend, shag or whatever you wanna call it doesn't spell great, makes a spelling mistake or has bad grammar .

I'd say that text talk is worse than spelling mistakes. And I think that's what others are trying to put across in a sarcastic way.

I don't mind spelling mistakes at all but like most have said there may be a reason to why they aren't up to everyones messaging criteria

Spelling mistakes don't bother me, we all do it. But overuse of text speak just plain confuses me

You shouldn't start a sentence with "ok" and it's "someone who doesn't" (not don't).

Poor grammar is just as annoying as poor spelling...

I expect that many guys on Fab are just happy to receive a message.

If the spelling, grammar or punctuation within it is not of the highest standard, I don't think it would be met with too much derision or put them off a meet!

You obviously fancy yourself as a comedienne, Dolly. Your post has to be a joke, but a bad one at that.

Your profile has at least a dozen spelling mistakes, and as for the grammar? I would suggest you look around for an English night class.

It's a minority that are bothered by people's spelling. Don't let it put you off. Do what I do and stick my tonge out at the lot of them

It would seem that not all swingers are a tolerant bunch ..someones ability to spell correctly would not make them more attractive to me ..a sexy lady with a cracking pair of tits that couldnt spell would make it on to my hotlist just as quickly as as 1 that could

If that's a deal breaker for you op then so be it .Everyone has their deal breakers . Personally spelling isn't one that even rates on my scale of "turn offs" . As my spelling is a tad "creative" lol, I'd not kick anyone out of bed for theirs . As yet not been turned down for my lack of spelling prowess either .

I feel it's far more important what that person is like . Rather meet a decent person who can't spell rather than an arse hole who can .
